The market here is more diverse than many buyers expect: established neighborhoods with mature trees can sit just blocks from newer master-planned communities, and values can vary meaningfully between them.

Established neighborhoods, newer construction, and rolling terrain with Sierra Nevada views on a clear day—well connected via I-80 and Highway 65.
